Our Ministries
At North Branford Congregational Church, we are dedicated to sharing God’s love and compassion with both our congregation and the wider community. Our ministries provide meaningful ways for people of all ages to grow in faith, serve others, and build lasting connections. We proudly host important community support groups, including A.A. and N.A., offering a safe and welcoming space for individuals seeking guidance and recovery. Each first Sunday of the month, we collect food donations for the local food bank, helping families in need. Our community diaper bank provides diapers and wipes to support parents and caregivers, and as the host site for the Shoreline Clothing Exchange, we help families access free children’s clothing throughout the year. For children, our Sunday School program provides a nurturing, engaging environment to learn about God’s love, explore Bible stories, and grow spiritually alongside their peers. Our children’s program is complemented by intergenerational events such as Children’s Sunday and the annual Christmas Pageant, which bring the entire church community together. Adults and families can participate in a variety of small group ministries, including Bible study, book club, and lunch bunch, creating opportunities for fellowship, spiritual growth, and meaningful conversation. These groups provide both support and connection, helping members strengthen their faith while building relationships that extend beyond Sunday worship. Through all our ministries, NBCC strives to live out the teachings of Jesus Christ, serving others with compassion and demonstrating God’s love in practical ways. We invite you to explore our programs, join us in worship, and discover the many ways to become an active part of our caring and supportive community.
